Searched forever in my garage and finally found them. Before I take the time to repair them are they original? The concours on the back had me pause.

Follow up question,
how do you determine up or down?

Take a look at your bottom picture (backside)….. See the three “pins”? Notice a triangle pattern. I just looked at my original door panels, which are off my Chevelle. The emblems mount in an upside down triangle. Two pins at top and the center pin at the bottom. I myself have wondered about this very same question until now! Picture can be provided if you need one.

Thank you for the info! I'm so nervous about attaching them and screwing it up 😅

How are they mounted? The studs don't look long enough to go through the padding and backer board.

Look like the push type of unthreaded nuts or the hollow speed nuts GM uses and repros use to hole pot metal emblems on.
Lowes carries them.
