I've gathered all the parts for a sweep dash to SS dash conversion (some are still in the process of being shipped to me) and I have heard that the ash tray is different from SS cars to sweep dash cars. Then I heard they are not. Which is it? Still have not found info on finding the correct positioning for the console. How many mounting brackets should it have? Any info would help. Thanks!

It's a completely different animal.

I have one for sale if you need one. It's from a 70 SS and it's black. The bracket and plastic parts are perfect but the tray has some light rust. $25.00
