Since my engine has square ports and manifold, low end torque is bad. I just ordered a new Edelbrock round port manifold.Hopefully Car should take off much better and since I am a traffic light to traffic light racer, should serve me well. Do you think this is wise to do?

I'd post your entire combination including trans, converter, and rear gears. Although oval port heads will build more bottom end torque than rectangulars, thats no reason why your car shouldn't be able to disintegrate the tires with the big port heads, if matched correctly with a good team of parts.

I don't think the oval port intake will work with rect port heads. The top of the oval port intake is shorter than the port in the head. When installed, I think you'll see a portion of the head port exposed. Rect port intakes will work with oval port heads (I have this myself) but not vice versa.

Sure!
And while you have the intake off, pull those heads and throw on a set of oval ports to match the manifold. Keep your square jobbies in case you want to build an rpm/HP motor.
You don't even need the bigger valves. The oval port heads with the 2.125 and 1.7 valves make more torque than you can imagine.
Well, almost that much.
