...we had a few big hair metal artist pay us a visit tonight out at Ft. Bragg.

Firehouse, Don Dokken (of Dokken), Jani Lane (of Warrant), Kip Winger (of Winger) and Steve Pearcy (of Ratt) all made live appearances, then signed autographs as part of the Metal Mania tour.

It was awesome to meet these guys in person. Don Dokken was especially nice.

I only caught the last gig with Don Dokken. All performances were in an "unplugged" acoustic version.

Wow, I bet that was cool. Dokken is my favorite Metal band. I saw them in full bloom back in 1987. Man, that was a while back. LOL

I saw Dokken back in 1987 in Richmond VA. They were on tour with Aerosmith.It was my first concert and i was 12 years old at the time.

Jani Lane is one of my favorite singers. He smokes too much and lost his high notes but I still really like him. Very cool to see those guys...
