What is the best means & method to remove the spatter paint off of my fuel lines in the trunk. Is there a remover that's strong enough to pour on a rag and just wipe them clean? I don't want to damage the paint in any other areas.

I'd brush on some paint remover with a small 1/2" paint brush, let it work then wipe it off with a Scotch-Brit pad. Mask off any area's, where you don't want the paint remover to touch.

Might try lacquer thinner too.

I've done it with oven cleaner in a rag.
