I know I posted an ebay link but this a tag team matter.
The car clearly has an 'R' in the vin & trim tag but the build sheet pictured looks to me like it says Baltimore.
Also the BS is stamped with the build date in RED? (never seen that before)
Have a look & see if you see what I see.

Nope. Sheet has Arlington for the plant. Is very hard to see. Also the number in box 10 jives with the cowl tag, 0293. Looks very legit to me. Hard to belive a 350 coupe would be at $24,500 and not meet reserve. Nice car, but could use detailed underneath.

I could swear it looked like Baltimore.
