Board of Directors, overpaid executives, stockholders, and maybe some key employees. Feds have finally figured out that there may be excessive profits since even at $115 per barrel it doesn't translate to the current pump prices. At Christmas I traveled 2K miles in the area where all the gas comes from the SLC refineries, the pump prices varied .30 per gallon, with cheapest being in some of the rural areas. Big cities = lots of customers with no alternative. I've hit the wall on driving my Chevelle daily, looking a mileage mobile to keep at work and hitting the bike.
