The turn signal on my 68 is slower, by quite a bit, on the left side. All the bulbs work on both sides and the right side seems to blink at the normal rate.

Would this indicate a faulty blinker relay? if not, anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks, Kurt

Do you use the same type of bulbs in the left and right sides? I would swap the bulbs from side to side to see if the pattern follows.

The most popular choices for these bulbs are 1034 and 1157. The 1157 is brighter, pulls more current and probably will blink faster than the 1034 type. If you have a mix of bulb types, it could create the situation that you have.

Thanks guys. I'll check the bulbs this weekend and see if I have a mix

If it turns out they're all the same, should I then look at the relay?
