Shorty headers

My friend that doesn't own a computer has been trying to find out what brand shorty header and part number will work without modifications on a 1967 Chevelle SS 396 with side pipes? He's also wanting to install cut-outs on his car. He's on his 3rd set of headers that he's had to return because they don't fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
