Think I figured it out. The kick down linkage bolts to the tranny. Thank.
shifter linkage and kickdown location 1965 Malibu
Can anyone post a pic or diagram of the automatic floor shifter to tranny (powerglide) linkage including the kickdown location? I didn't take this 65 apart and cannot seem to find a detailed pic or diagram. Thanks.
