Eric or anyone else out there. I just bought 2004 lincoln navigator. Hit very light in front. I was wondering if the nice 2007 front sheetmetal will interchange. I just want to know if it will physically bolt up.

The tig question is same as camaro website. How about a cheap tig? I looked into your thermal arc 185 unit. That thing looks very nice for the money. Also any tig tips for a smaller unit? i mean i am spoiled on the $5-$6k units and was wondering how this would differ?

Dont know about the front end, but the explorers did a frontal change from 04 to 07 and I dont see how they would bolt up, totally different setup.
Ill take a look in the Mitchell books tommorrow at work and let you know what it says.

Like I said before if I was buying a new TIG it would be the Miller 200DX cost is about 3500 bucks, has more bells and whistles on it then you will know what to do with.
My TA has all the same important features as the 200DX, other then the 120v ability.

See no point in going over the TA185 or 200DX for sheetmetal.
