Hey guys, quick but common question I think

As you know serpentine belts rotate H2O pump pulley in reverse thus the fan spins in reverse as well requiring reverse direction pump and fan. I would like to go with a stock type HD clutch and fan assy as I have a HD reverse direction Hayden fan only right now. The serpentine belt sytem came from GM (Pace performance actually # 12498741 - Big Block Chevy Serpentine Accessory Belt Drive System Deluxe "Less Air" ) and when you call them they are not much help in figuring out what clutch and fan to use with this setup. This "kit" is a bolt on for a 454 GM Truck is all they can tell me.
My question is this-Anybody run this kit number thru a GM search engine before and see what years it covers and which HD clutch and fan to order?
My current setup is great but all you hear is FAN noise above 2500RPM and Im sure that would go away along with free up some HP as well.

Check out Derale fans on Summitracing.com. They make reverse rotation clutch style fans in 17 in., 18 in., and 19 in. See part # DER-17917, DER-17918, or DER-17919.

I put an 18 in. one on the 72 El Camino that I recently sold. I cant remember exactly the clutch I used, but it was a stock replacement for some late model that I got from Rockauto.com.

Whole setup worked real well and has me debating on whether I should use the same thing or go with a Mark VIII fan on my '71 Chevelle.

"Happygounlucky" this kit already installed on car and works great CS130 Alt and all!
"Alumatech" You know thats a great point about just using a HD Hayden clutch with the fan I already have in service now! Its a 19" fan and a HD hayden clutch should bolt on up with this fan correct?
