Ive been a seller of ebay since 2003 never had a problem, Buyer ********* bought 2 items off me, A shift plate and wiper nozzles for a first Gen Camaro, He bid and won on both items without asking about my combined shipping but I combined shipping any way it came to $12, My ship price for the shift plate was $7 and the nozzles $8 so he saved a few bucks,He pays me and 3 days later when he gets the package he is telling me he only wants to pay me the $3 for shipping that the usps put there sticker on the package for, I offered a full refund but it wasnt good enough, The seller wouldnt take a refund and went ahead and wrecked my postive feedback streak from 2003, It wasnt good enough he bought the brand new parts for almost half of what they cost new, and it wasnt good enough that he paid $12 to ship both but thats less then 1/2 of what stores on ebay want to ship just the nozzles, Ebay is useless as sellers we have no protection even in the case were the seller was extorting me, Trying to get the product for less then he bid on, He saw the flat rate prices, Shipping isnt just what the mail charges its also material, I have never had one person complain about shipping, Anyway Just giving you guys a heads up, I will be posting ******** on my block bidders list beware....

If you have the emails you can forward them to Ebay and they will take action. I have had several buyers pull this with me and Ebay dealt with them accordingly, and my 100% rating intact.

I agree with Bill, take action to preserve your feedbck rating.
You have to be factual, provide evidence and be patient with E-Bay. That feedback can be deleted if you go about it in the right way.

In the meantime until that happens, if you are still selling actively - reply to that bad feedback comment with something that is explanatory without being nasty. Such as "novice buyer thinks it only costs $3 to print,box,pack,deliver to UPS and pay rates"
When I see a reply like that to explain a negative rating and a seller has an otherwise excellent rating I don't hold it against them.

I have added that buyer to my blocked list, since I sell extra Chevy parts too.

Uhh, maybe it needs to me moved to bench but this thread gives every ebay seller valuable advise. I appreciate it and I'm sure many others will benefit. I isn't just his problem.

He did NOT come here to ask for help, he came here to take advantage of the high traffic to bad mouth someone that he is having personal problems with on ebay.

Look, we have never allowed BASHING here and until I hear different from my boss, TheDon we never will.

Bashing threads are always one sided and posters always seem to leave out little tid bits to make their story sound more convincing and since the person named is not here to tell their side we have no way of knowing the WHOLE TRUTH.

I am NOT saying that this particular post is the whole truth or not, because we have no way of knowing either way, like I said.

Uh Dean , Were in the rules Does it say I cant warn my fellow Chevelle Guys about a seller that will cause them problems? Didnt see that in the rules, And My first responce was childish I do apoligize but when I come on this site as a life time paid member were we are all suppose to be a family with the same likes and hobby and help each other out and I get critized I do not like it, I was just trying to help,


I did Contact ebay, There response was - Buyers are intilted to there opinion, Bill if you dont believe me I will gladly email over all my emails and you can get the whole story

As far as my ebay account goes, I could careless about the negative feedbacks I just thought sharing it with my fellow members would help out But Since it seems everything gets twisted, I guess next time ill keep it to my self and people can find out the hardway

Glad you have calmed down. I too fly off the handle from time to time luckily the older I get the less it happens, but it still happens!! lol
