Did all 70 SS's come with that plastic chrome trim that goes around the seatbacks and seat side covers? Was this an option?

I don't really like the look of it, but if it was not optional I'll put it on.

The two 70's that I've owned both had it. Never noticed a mention of this on the build sheets so I suspect it's just the way they all came. But Hey, put things together the way you like. I like mine on there, but that's with a red interior. Maybe with a black interior that trim wouldn't look as good.

Thanks, Bob. I put the chrome trim on and it really surprised me. It looks great against the black. Oh, well. So much for having a plan!
