Hi all,

So the answer may be obvious but I still see posts from scandc in these forums. I've called them but they NEVER answer. I've left a voice mail and still no response. I even emailed them and still nothing. Are these guys still in business or do they just not care?

from what i understand, it's almost impossible to get thru to actually talk to anyone, but once you do you are on the phone for a while.

The thing about SC&C is that they spend as much time as it takes with each person. It can be a pain getting in touch with them, but be prepared to spend a good bit of time on the phone with them when you do.

I've been "lucky" when i've called (twice) and got in touch with Mark. I've learned a ton about suspensions systems, enough to have swayed me to place an order (stage 2+) when the time comes.

I have read from on some other posts that people have had a hard time contacting them, my only guess is that they are a small operation and do not have ANY email or telephone support other than Mark.

Just keep dialing. Send an email to him too with your number and ask what time of day is better to call.

He's a small shop, a busy shop, and a good guy. :thumbsup: Very happy with what he's recommended.

Might have taken a few days vacation too. (Can he do that? ) l

I spoke to Mark a couple of weeks ago. Stayed on for about a half hour. He has always been great to work with and my Chevelle handles real good too! I imagine he is still there. maybe on vacation?

I leave a message and Mark usually calls back withing several days. As always, excellent service worth the wait just be patient.
