I'm going to be placing an order pretty soon for my SBC engine build and need Pushrod Length Checker tool.

Anyone have a part # or length on which one would work for me, I'm going to be using Edelbrock RPM heads with Guide plates if that matters

EDIT: I'm using a Roller Block with OE style Hydraulic roller lifters

Thanks

Flat tappet or roller cam??
Same checker won't work for both.

Flat tappet stock pushrod is 7.8", up to 8.0" on most typical modified 23° stuff.

Typical hydro roller pushrod is 7.2"-7.5" long.
Sorry i have added it in my original post, i'm using a Roller block with HYD OE style roller lifters

Look like Comps shortest one would be what you need. It covers 6.125 to 7.500 Stock Chevy hydraulic roller pushrods are 7.195 and your Edelbrock heads will probably need +.100 so that will be right in the range.
