I was looking at buying a Felpro One piece oil pan gasket, but the manufacture of the oil said not to go with a one--piece gasket especially when using a aftermarket Timing cover, as they can leak / break the front timing cover, I was told to use Felpro #1803 4 piece gasket

What do you guys suggest?

I'm going to be running a Milodon # 65555 reinforced timing cover for Cam button, the oil pan uses a thick front seal, and the engine will be a 383 stroker if that makes any difference on oil pan gaskets??

Which oil pan are you using ? If the manufacturer suggests the 1803, that is what I would go with. I really have never had much problem with the 4 pc type gaskets as long as everything is nice and flat.

Not compatible with a 1pc seal? Personally, I'd consider using a different pan. I realize that may not be practical for your situation, but if it is.. I've had zero problems with the past several 1 piece types and have no desire to go back to the old stuff.

I've been using Felpro 1-piece pan gaskets (with stock pans) for many years. Zero issues. One thing I do (they say you don't need to, but I do it any way), is put a small amount of RTV at each corner for added protection from a corner leak.
