Would it be better to connect the CS130 alternator S wire to the horn relay or the J-block. The alternator output will connect to the horn relay. With S wire connected to the J-block can the voltage at the horn relay be too high? Depending on the amount of charging current flowing into the battery, say a somewhat discharged battery, the voltage at the horn relay can be 15 + volts. Will that be to high?

If you have lots of voltage drop between the relay and the jblock, it suggests that the wiring may be in for an upgrade. As for voltage, Ford used to mark components as "15v" and it did puzzle me. I once went on a tour of a Delco plant and they claimed that they tested their stuff for endurance at 16v, if I recall properly. So I would not let the once-in-a-while 15v thing scare me.
