Are any of you using a 1" drop spring on the front of your Chevelles ? '68 or '69 prefered. If you are could you tell me what brand and what your ride height checks at the front of the rocker panel at the front door seam ? I want to install new front springs but don't want it to set too low. My car currently sits too low and I need to raise it but don't want to do it twice.

Ed, I just put 2" lowering springs on my 68 that came from Original Parts Group , my car sits at 9.5 inches from bottom of fender @ front door (frame is 8 inches same loc) . The front tires on my car are about 26.5 inches tall , here's a pic .
