Put a Retrosound in my 67 late last year. Pretty happy with the fit (not easy in a 67). Searched several posts on TC as part of my decision, FWIW. Sound quality could be better, but not too bad. I'm running 6 speakers, 2 of them off an amp which is carrying most of the volume. So hard to blame the Retro sound for all of the sound quality concerns. It has all the iPod, USB and SMS features you'd expect. Doesn't have any of the bling of modern radios, which I find out of place in an old car anyway. Finally, not a lot of 2 post stereos out there, so you sort of get what you can get given the available sound quality and features.

I just installed a Custom Autosound 630 in my 67 El Camino with a couple of 6x9 speakers in little boxes behind the seat. Like Mike, it's not that important to me to have music but it works for me. I particularly like the USB extension port so I can copy whatever MP3s I want on a flash drive and have a pretty good selection of what I like.
