My Nova has a pink wire that has "Resistance Do Not Cut" printed on it. Well, its cut
But where did it go? The car was an original 6 car, and I have my 8 in it now and it's all wired up. I was just wondering what this wire was for. Thanks for the replies!

This wire was for the original external coil and used with a points type of distributor. If you are running a HEI or other distributor that needs 12volts, you don't need this wire. If you are using a points type of distributor, it must be the power wire to the coil to prevent arcing in the points and premature failure.
