Has anybody here used one of those repro comfort grip wheels, I'm wondering how the quality of the grip is, if it's close to the original or just a hard plastic grip with grain to look like the original.

I bought one at Carlisle last year for $200.

I've installed it on my 68, and I like it.
I can't really think of a fault with it.
Rubber is pretty soft, but not too soft.
Don't know if there is more than one outfit reproducing them.

Just unboxed mine.

Heavy sucker. Looks pretty good. I sure hope it installs OK.
