just put new golden star replacment door on my 66 malibu and had problem getting it to line up it kept moving off body line and dropping with a closer look we found that the skin was not welded to the frame after holding it in place and tacking it with the mig had to take it off again to weld it right now its not to bad a fit just wondering if any one else has seen this and if not beware before you paint the jams

they probly dont weld that on for alighnment purposes, i could be wrong tho.
