Repair on block?? Pictures....

Do you think this is going to be a problem? As I was cleaning up the block for inspection I noticed a weld between the water jacket and head bolt. There is more meat between the water jacket and head bolt on this side. If yo look close you can see the size of the water port before. From what it looks like will this be a problem? I also found 1 heli coil on the other side in one of the head bolts also. What do you think??????

i viewed the pics of the motor and the block would be a bad choice to redo, machine shop would not warrant anything on that block,see if the heads are 990 and keep those the block is a boat anchor,you put horse power to that block and might detonate on you .........just my two cents
