Removing 75' Dash.

I've got a 75' Laguna S3 that I'm trying to get the dash out of, I've never removed a dash before and am having a hard time finding where any of the bolts/screws, etc are that hold the dash in place are.

I've got a brand new dash pad that I want to install, as well as I want to get behind the dash and fix the molested wiring that encompasses my cars interior.
