Everything was working fine electrically. Then I had to remove the alternator to get the timing cover off. Now after finishing that project, the turn signals don't work at all. There is no clicking from the relay or anything. The headlights do still work as well as the radio. The heater fan doesn't work though either. I was thinking that maybe there is a wire that is supposed to be hooked up to the alternator that not longer is. Right now there are 2 wires on the (1) post on the back of the alternator. Maybe there used to be 3? Where do the turn signals get their power?

No there's only 1 wire that runs into the inside of the car for power. See if you have 12 volts to ground on the flasher can wires. Key needs to be turned to ON to make the measurement.
