HI,
I have a 68 chevelle and the rear quarter windows won't roll down properly. there is little rollers that run through tracks and they rollers are attached to the glass, the problem is the bottom roller broke off and all thats left is the metal stud witht he ball on the end, i have the replacment roller but i can get the old metal bolt thing out of the glass, and sugestions would be really helpful, i need to get my interior back together soon. thanks in advance!
Nick

Not sure on a '68, but I changed mine on my '69. On the opposite side of the glass is a large washer looking thing with two holes in it. I used a pair of needle nose and a screwdriver to turn the washer (nut) by bridging the holes with the pliers and twisting them with the screwdriver. Kind of a 'poor man's' internal snap ring pliers. Installed in the opposite manner. The axle of the roller is threaded and attaches to the large washer (that acts like a nut)
