I've just moved my battery from the front of my el camino to the right rear corner of my bed to transfer weight, should i be running heavier guage wire to the back, for my one wire altenater,MSD box, stereo amp, etc. And should i put a fuse on all of these lines(4 of them), where would these fuses go, near the battery or up at the engine area, also what size fuses, sorry a lot of questions, but i'm not the geatest at wiring.

You should have a fusible link in line with your main battery cable [+]. My battery is in the trunk and I just run a wire [8 guage] from my alternator to my starter battery terminal. As far as your MSD box and stereo/amp goes, they should be fused already from your fuse box. If not make sure you do that or run an inline fuse to then ASAP as you don't want to run the risk of fire. Always put your fuses as close to the battery as possible.
