Pull the axles and remove the old drum and backing plate. Then bolt(4) the new backing plate on and reinstall the new axles. That is the skinny on it, obviously more then that. I have the same set up, on the same car.

I used 2002 Z-28 disc on my 69 ElCamino everything went fine except 15" ralleys don't fit so figure you will need different rims.

What was your original set up?

I in the process of installing, still waiting on rims. But I am going to use a 1&1/8 master and I havent decided on the prop yet, however I am planning on mounting it under the driver floor pan for easy access. I am using the 1&1/8 master because of the C5 rotors and calipers I am using.
