Has any one used this kit to control a lock up converter?(70244)

If so how do you stop it from leaking where it connects to the tranny and to the controler part?

Had mine in for about a year now and love it other than it leaking.
Seal inside has been replaced and put in both ways (2 different tranny guys)....still leaks
Put new "O" rings all through it even where there was none......still leaks
Tightened everything..... still leaks.

Does anyone know the answer ....please.

I used one in the past, and it worked great. No leaks. If I recall correctly, it just screws into the transmission where the speedometer cable would normally go. The unit itself does not contain any fluid, it's just a short piece of speedometer cable that inserts between the transmission and your original cable. I have no idea why it would leak.

Thanks Mike thats what I thought should of happened.
It did screw in as you described but leaks pretty good.
Do you remember which type of speedo gear you had.
Mine is the type with the gear and shaft as one. I have the other type too which is a steal shaft and a nylon gear, wondering if that is the problem, but the one in it now is the one it came with.
