If your only looking for an inch or two, i went with air shocks. Simple, cheap and you can lower it down by bleeding the air out or raise it by pumping it up. Just like you would your tires. I have my valve stem attached to both shocks and i mounted the air valve under my licence plate on the rear cross member. If your tires are rubbing on your inner fender lip you might want to try a different offset for your rear rims or have the fender lip smoothed by a professional body shop to run the wide tires. Stock springs worked fine for me. Hope this helped, good luck
