Yes, they look nice, but it is not correct for the '68 model year.
Looking at my picture that I posted what is different from 68-72 units. I do see the notch cutout on one side with the repros but don't with original years. I don't doubt 68 is one year because everything is but can you be more specific

Billdini, the one I'm looking for looks just like the one on your radiator. Is yours an aftermarket panel? The other issue I'm finding is that all the repops measure 31 1/8" in length. The panel I need measures 31 3/8".

Yes mine is original and as you will see it doesn't have the notches of the passenger side. Yes it is 31 3/8' inches. Well at least we have proved that 69 is different. I really thought I knew the parts of 68s only to learn I never will. With almost all panels being 68 it's a one year car

Well, thanks to everyone that has tried to help me out on this one. I finally had enough of searching for the elusive '68 HD radiator panel. I found a reputable chrome shop that I can send my original panel to in order to get the chrome stripped off. They will strip it and then bead blast it to get it nice and clean. I will then send it off to the powder coat shop to get painted. Does anyone know the correct black color for these panels? Can it just be finished in semi gloss, or would that not be quite right?

Ok Capt. thank you. Let me know what you find out, just in case the restoration of my original panel doesn't turn out like I want.
