Need new fenders for my 1971 Chevelle research shows that elcamino fenders and four door chevelle fenders are the same but will not fit the two door Chevelle? Trying to buy some fenders that are repo what are the differences. Can you tell them apart.

It's El Camino and Station wagon that are the same but different than coupe, convertible and four door.

The '70 - '72 Camino / Wagon fenders maintained the '68-'69 fender/door match line. They were also different where the metal headlight extension attaches.

Question is how long you wanna wait right now. I ordered AMD fenders in September and still don't have them. Should be here January. The AMD quarter skins I bought are the same thickness metal as factory metal but the body line is not near as sharp as factory so I cut them off below the body line.
