My current combo is a ladder bar/coil over camaro that weighs @3200 w/driver. It runs 6.80's/6.90's in the 1/8th with 1.45/1.47 60 ft
I have been using M/T 3055 slicks 28x10.5.

I am thinking about running a class that requires a dot slick next year.
So my question how will the Hoosier quick time pro 28x11.5 hook compared to my current bias slicks.

I run the radial DOT hoosiers. Other than one day on a rented track, while running nitrous, they dead hooked EVERY pass. Just started to see cords and new ones went on last week.

Other than that day they dead hook on the spray too. My motor 60's are similar to yours and my car weighs 3750. 275-60 tires.

My car NEVER dead hooked when I ran ET Street bias plies. The hoosier's made it a different car.

i ran a set on my chevelle. they were 14" 26x8's. the only problem i had was, i was using a stock 6" wheel with the tires and the contact patch was small. the center of my tire wore before the edges. (not the tires fault at all). i still managed 6.9s on these little tires. (i did leave easy). note: i painted the whitewall on for the sleeper look. heres a pic. with the car getting a slight bit of air. http://www.colephotography.printroo...raphy&gallery_id=1552488&image_id=190&pos=165

I've had good luck with the Quick Time Pro's. 60'd in the high 1.40's and ran mid 10s at 3500 lbs. Good tires.
