Have a '68 2 dr and replaced all of the weather strip on the car. I've adjusted the quarter glass frames and the roll up window countless times but I am pretty much shooting in the dark b/c I don't have a manual. I have a ton of wind noise that starts around 35 mph and am hoping some of this can be cured via adjustments. Also, the passenger window does not tuck under the weather strip "lip" if you will when the door is closed. Almost seems like the window would need to be cracked a little, close the door, then roll up the window (like some new cars do automatically). Thanks for any help here.

I just did my 69 convertible and I started on the back quarter windows first and then did my front windows, worked out perfect. Also I rebuilt all my window rollers and guides so that might make a big difference on it.
The way I did mine was I held the quarter window in the up position and pushed the window towards the back then snugged all the bolts and check it.

I know the front quarter windows have many adjustments and I really do not know what to do with them. The windows open and close ok. The front quarter appears ok but I'm really trying to get rid of the massive wind noise and figure out how to get the main windows to seal properly (go under the weather strip lip).

There are "guides" at the top of the door frames once you pull the trim panels off that adjust the window in and out once it is rolled up. These in combination with the window regulator are also adjustable in and out. The way I start off is loosening everything up, push the door glass with your hand the way you want it to fit and then snug up the bolts. Start adjusting from there, it should get you close. The reason I adjust the front door glass first is that you would primarily get more wind noise from the front leading edge of the door glass. It also has a larger area to make sure that everything seals up. You can run the quarter glass up some to meet up with the rear edge of the front door glass to make it seal up if you have to. Good luck and I wish I would have taken some pictures of when I had these door apart.
