Just installed thrust washers on my QA1's...hit them with a little WD40 and now they can be very EASILY adjusted. I have had them on the car for 5 years without the bearings and nearly killed my hands trying to get them adjusted higher at one time. Never got the car's front end up like I wanted to. Doing the other side sometime tomorrow and hopefully will add 2+ inches to the front end. Get the bearings if you don't have them now.

Yeah I know exactly what you are talking about! That is why we always recommend not only the spanner wrench but the thrust bearings. If you didn't get the bearings It would be a all day event.......lol

Yeah Brad, what just took me 10 minutes probably equaled hours of frustration before these washers. Finished the other side and now the car's front end is 2.25" higher...perfect!!!
