Hey guys i was not sure which category to post this in so i did both! anyway i need a DETAILED easy to understand schematic on how some of you installed your WORKING ;) kill switches they need to kill the alternator to be legal. i have already run my battery to the trunk and have the starter all wired up and all the proper grounds i need to know what to do about the alternator whether it was the Painless kill kit or the ever so talked about but not discussed

Bryan - very simple. Mount the kill switch at the rear of the car. Run the positive cable thru the switch. Your 1-wire alt should go to the battery side of this switch, or directly to the battery. Now you're legal!
