I just recently switched all the lights on my 69 to halogens, and I am not getting enough juice to them.

I was wondering how do I go about wiring a relay to power the lights.

Will this keep everything else the same, i.e., the use of old light switch.

By the way they are safe and are providing more light than the old ones.

There is a wiring diagram here : http://www.chevelles.com/forum/Forum22/HTML/000888.html Find Coppertops answer. The connection at 86 is the wire coming from your headlight switch, going to the headlamp. The load (halogen lite) is connected at 87. You will need 4 relays. You would NOT need the switch at 85. Each lamp will needs a relay for high & low beam. Clear as mud
?

BTW - I have a set in the garage waiting for me to have time to install them.
