Howdy,

In the final stages of my motor fitting. Car is a 69 with BB, AC and PS. Ive been trying to use the PS bracket that I ordered from ground up as a kit, this one:

Its labeled on the website as for a 69 to 72. It doesnt fit my pump. It does screw into the block, but not the pump. Then they sell this.

How in the world do they have two different bracket sets listed for the same application? I looked at other parts houses, and I looked in my service manual, and they all look more like the second one. Which is correct?

69 is one year only, the second one you listed.

The second one is correct for the '69. I don't know why they list 2, but I used the second one on my '69.

Thanks very much again guys. I know my questions might seem a little common sense, but I am doing a conversion on a franken-car, and so I dont have much to go off of.
