I just got my pics of my car on the computer and I am very excited to post them for all to see.

Can someone tell me how to do this. Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, I think they prefer that you use a link to the pic instead of the actual pic, too much demand on the server

That's true, with any picture that has the file stored on this server, you need to use the "" tag or the "[URL=" tag to post th...wroom.html"] Go here to upload picture files

Click on the pencil above to see how these links were done

you can highlight, copy, past and edit the file name and hot link statement

someone's 68 picture in the showroom

Oh, one more thing...

When you see this "browse your computer" screen,you have to change the "HTML" files
to "all files" to find the picture on your machine

Now that we got you here,

I have tried to upload files (I use AOL), and they won't go through because the limit is over 10k. I set the picture down to 3% and it still says that its over the limit.

Can you help?

Can you use a picture editing program to resize them and change the resolution to 75 or so DPI and save them with about 50% compression

About 70 DPI is the max quality you can get for a computer screen anyway. any higher dosen't make it look any better (so I was told)

I can't remember what the MAX file size is to be able to upload to the showroom

If you want, you can email me the pictures and I'll resize them for you

Most likely, you've mistyped your user name or password.

Keep in mind, it is case sensitive.

First, I suggest you go in the "Test Drive" forum and test your posting there.

Have a blast and it's o.k. to make mistakes.

Here's my exact html link I used to post your picture and use it for your testing:

I've mispelled the "url" on purpose so you can see the link. All you need to do is delete one of the "l" where it says "urll".
