The seats are TMI and sit a little lower than the bench seat they replaced. My butt stays in position better than the bench and my 6'4" son actually has to move up and little to work the pedal. I purchased my the factory, but figured out later to get same part number (s) from Summit for a lesser amount. I am also running the TMI mounting brackets for the bench to bucket conversion.

I bought a 67 auto console kit and agreed when I got it that the quality of the plastic was very disappointing. It looked the part from a few feet away but felt light and cheap. The console door fit like ass. There was a big gap on the hinge side where you could see into the console (towards the rear) even with the door closed. The door is cast metal and feels sturdy. The hinge is pretty strong so I was concerned that the door would just fly open.
I put it away and found one in my price range on EBay (used original) that is pretty rough but fixable.
I think I’ve learned that the door didn’t fit great on original consoles from what I’ve seen so maybe that isn’t the manufacturer’s fault.
If I had a buy a repop again I’d buy it assembled. If the “experts” can’t get it right and I’m not happy then it’s their fault and I’d send it back.
The other top parts are also very plasticy. Problem is the originals are pot metal and most are a pitted mess by now and would be $$$$ to have fixed.

I had a OEM 67 console and agree the lid doesn't fit well especially on the hinge side. Mine actually had a bow in it like from someone's arm pushing down. I was able to get it straight but still fit bad. Very little adjustments available.

Same deal with my OEM 67 console, the door hinge doesn't fit well and the door is bowed inward. On the bright side I was able to disassemble the clock, lubed the innards and got it working again.
