The front portion of my frame is painted with Rust Oleum. I want to cover the entire frame in POR15, so do I have to first remove the Rust Oleum, or can I go directly over? It seems to me that I can go right over, but just wanted a few more opinions. Also, what do you guys think of the POR15? How much have you used to do your frames? Thanks

X3 on taking off the Rustoleum.

It is hard for me to say how much I used to do my frame because I had bought a whole gallon jug (big mistake, wayyy too much). In the end I think it took me about a quart to do my frame, maybe a bit more depending on how many coats you put down.
It has been on there for 2-3 years already and is still looking nice. Ive spilled all sorts of chemicals on it by accident and so far it has held up very well.
