I know Magnaflow makes a Stainless exhaust system and their mufflers are polished but I am not sure about the pipes. If it is stainless then it should be pretty easy to polish it though. Check out their web page or go to Summitracing they sell them.

Pypes makes a stainless exhaust system that can be polished, they offer systems in 304 stainless (which can be polished) and 409, which will not hold up over time.
Magnaflow's systems are made of 409, but the mufflers are 304. I believe Stainless Works offers a 304 system that can be polished, and I'm sure there is one or two other companies that have 304 stainless systems.

check with member [email protected] I just purchased 2 1/2'' system from him. muffler's were like chrome & all pipes were right behind them. you also get three choice's of tips. so every 2 yrs. you can change the look. kit contained every nut, bolt & clamp. and it was the good stuff not cheap clamps. it took two of us a couple of hours to bolt everything up. I had my order in two days ! and the best for last the sound & price are great ! hmardown

Thank you very much. Great information to know on the 304 vs. 409. I will have to do some research. Right now my 66 has a polished system that came on the car but it has the big tube Hooker Super Comps to a 2 1/2 center pipe to polished MagnaFlows no X or H pipe. Here is the kicker it has 2 1/4 tails to the rear bumper. They are 3 bolt flanged at the mufflers on both sides. I think that I am loosing something with a 502.

Assume Street car Unless it a high rpm 6k plus 502 I doubt your losing much if any ........no X or H .not a big deal with a 502 you should have lots of low rpm torque ......
