They look like aftermarket stuff to me...not factory Chevy at all, ever.

It is not a chevy emblem period- look at the second flag, it is not a chevron.

Figure out what that symbol is, and you'll probably figure it out.
My guess would be some sort of european car, british, french or german.

Those are Marine Corps emblems.
It is for killing a cat during a hostile drag race.
