That is a bad a$$ cam, That is an ultradyne 302/310

Use a Dart 215cc head, it will work good, Excellent cam, we have used it in 355's, works good, excellent 7,500rpm shift point too on the track, not no crap of it will rev there, it will rev about 7,800 in a 355

I would assume 6,500rpm shifts in your larger engine and 7,000-7,400 past the lights, Great cam choice, 106° lobe center with 4° advance :D
I like Dart, Some like AFR, Brodix etc as you pointed out. Any of them will work well {Dart, Brodix, AFR, Edelbrock}

Heck, we have had Dart 200's with a clean up port {sportsman II then} run 119-121mph on a 327 with a cam a little bit bigger than yours, so if properly put together you cant go wrong. With that cam a Dart 215 would be great as they make more power than our old ported sportsman II's, if we installed our larger cam it would probally gain 2-3mph with the 215's over the sportsman II's but we like the street/strip small cam in it

Go look at Lunati 50132, thats the one we had in it. Your cam will make good power up to 7,000-7,400

Here is a link to the cam we had in it a while back

i ordered catalogs from afr, dart, world products, edelbrock and brodix. was thinking maybe the dart pro 1 cnc or 215 pro 1 platinum. afr 210 full competition cnc. dont care for the world products. maybe edelbrock victor jr. heads. maybe brodix track 1 heads. there are a lot of choices!!!! UDHarold did recommend this cam and said i would love it!!!! i would like to shift it at 7000 rpm if possible.
Just to note, i will buy assembled heads from Dart for street cars, But for a high compression engine like yours i buy all bare heads and install Ferrea competition plus valves and H-11 springs, One of these days i will move to the NexTek all the time, now i only use them here and there as they have some wacky sizes in the NexTek line {1.57", 1.64", 1.677"}
No matter which head you go with you should install it on your block after all machine work with the boring etc and roll the empty block upside down with the heads on, check each chamber to make sure the chamber fits the bore

Some heads now are made for larger bores, the cnc'd pro 1 if memory serves fits fair on a 4.060" bre, 4.030" ?

Dart makes what they call a '220' race head, very good head with good torque from a very large runner, about $800 each bare but make great power
