converting to electric gauges, the old setup is 67 chevelle ss dash (gauges). can i use the pink wires from the old gauge connectors as power for the new gauges? ( are the pink wires, power wires? ) or should i start from scratch and wire each of the new gauges with their own switched electrical source. How do you guys do it. thanks

Yes. The pinks wires are only hot when key is on.
