Brad, there should be some pics in the assembly manual if you have one.

I'm pretty sure 69's had a vacuum operated trunck release, not electric.

From what I have herd the early 69 still got the vacuum operated and later year model got the electric?
I have an electric one my car is second week of July 69.

Is the button green or yellow for '69? I might have a pic stashed away but it may be tomorrow before I can locate it. I'm headed out the door right now...

I think its green for a 69 and yellow for a 70
