Beautiful car JK!

That stance is what Im after. Slight rake with the rear end out of the air.

What is the rest of your stance? Shocks and springs, steering box, sway bars, A arms, tire and wheel combo?

How do you like the power curve of the engine with 3:73's?

How much stall do you use?

Bet the car does rolling burnouts if you want.

Thanks for your help!

if you are going to drop the Front by 2" be careful of when you are turning into a driveway/parking lot
that has a little bump up and if you are going to fast, anything other than a crawl,
the Tire will bang up into the underside of the Fenderlip

Here are pics of my 67 before and after

Stock SBC Springs/shocks - Ground to underside of Fenderlip Front = 27" Rear = 26"

FRONT - Ground to underside of Fenderlip with UMI Perf Tubular CAs & Viking DA Coil Over Shocks = 25"
REAR - Ground to underside of Fenderlip with new MOOG Rear Coil Springs # 5385 & Viking DA Shocks = 26"

Classic musclecar stance there!! Looks real good.

Those front coil overs allow you to adjust ride height and get the 1" rake from front to back.

Thanks for the info. What brand/model are the wheels? Were they custom ordered to your backspace?

Al,

They are Intro brand, "Rally" model. Yes they were custom built to my specs. Not cheap, but very well made. Very happy with them.

Aaron different pics of stance from post in p1
These fronts are fine, a 7" rim with 235/60/15 wouldnt rub and would look ok
I had 8 in ralles on it before with 265/50/15 they were just right unless you made a hard turn they would rub a little was annoying. 1/2" higher they woulda been fine just cut too much out of the spring. For 15s it handled better than one would think. Almost went 17s but cant afford a 3k set of rims 15s never go out of style
rear 15x8 4.5 bs 275/50/15 MT. If you can find that size in a reg st tire sidewall may not be tall enough
Front 15x5 with MT 26x7.50x15. For the street the fronts drive ok but suck and flat spot if the car sits. Will put reg st tires on the front. Tempted to put reg st tires on the rear just for more tread and puncture protection but afriad of spinning them at hwy spd and wiping out so probably leave the DRs on the rear.

Aaron found a pic of when it had 8" rallyes all around and 265/50/15 up front
For 15s really loved the way it drove handled and really eliminated any rattles etc. Night and day difference over skinnies. 1/2 more height up front would be perfect
Couldnt find ONE aftemarket rallye that was straight after almost 2 full sets gave up and went with current stuff.
Funny thing is cops paid NO attention to the car in this pic. With welds and skinnies totally different story. unreal
