For anybody who may be interested, I was digging for some information on one of the Buick boards & found some pix of my friends Regal.. To date his best ET is a 10.06 & its TOTALLY street legal.. With some fine tuning, he should be in the 9's this summer..

The car is also on the cover of the Buick publication called "The Build Sheet" this month, it's good to see all of our (more his then mine)hard work getting some recognition..

Boy, you want to talk about a head turner when it pulls into the local cruise in :D

SWEET!!!!! For a Buick. Should be in the 9's this year huh???
That's what the man says ;) At this point the car has only been to the track three times, so there's still alot of tuning to be done , espessially to the chassis..

9's should be definatly obtainable..

Nice ride:cool: I'd have to argue the street legal aspect too since it looks to have a Lexan windshield. I don't think that is legal (Fed DOT rules) in any state. He probably could get away with it if he didn't get caught hotrodding around. Folks drive on slicks and without wipers here even though technically it's against the law so I am sure he could probably slide by :). I like that blue. It sure is nice

The windshield & rear window are glass, side windows are lexan.. In Ohio it is totally legal to drive on slicks as long as it's not raining.. Funny thing about that blue color is that a friend of his made up a custom candy color for him, when we started spraying it, he liked the basecoat so much he decided to just use it (better if he ever has to repaint anything) ;)
