my parking light or the yellow orangeish light on my pass side stays on it didnt before but now it does. what is wrong with it.

Is this with the headlight switch pulled on or does it do it with the headlight switch off?

off. but tonite when i just got home it was off???????????? im confused

Yes, sounds a little confusing. There are two filaments in that front light bulb. One for the running lights and one for the turn signal.
If this is only happening on the right side and the left side is acting normal, suspect it may be the turn signal filament that's actually lighting up.
Next time it happens measure each one of the two wires going to the bulb to a good ground. Use a meter or test light. See which wire has power on it.
Maybe someone else has a thought but that's how I would start.t
